I’m going to get dental implants and wondered if one type is better than another.

Peter,
I’m not sure I understand your question. Are you asking whether to get mini implants or full-sized implants or are you asking about specific brands?
Either way, the better question would be the best dentist to do my implants. A highly qualified dentist will know which is best in either scenario.
Dental implants are an advancd procedure, with many mitigating factors, so the first step is finding the dentist with the right post-graduate training.
There’s not a recognized implant specialty, so any general dentist can technically place them, but you want to make sure they have the training as well as the procedural success rate.
For instance, Dr. Cha has completed every course at the Misch International Implant Institute. He’s also a fellow at the International Congress of Oral Implantologists (ICOI). You want to make sure you find someone with his type of qualifications.
